Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds on downloaded embroidery files. However, physical goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Items

  Securely pack the physical items in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included.

  Ship Back

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
